After 13 years in the office Sarah has put down her pencil (and blue pen, green pen, red pen) and retired from the role of Car Service Administrator here at the VHC.
Sarah started her role back in January 2011, over the last 13 years she has made countless phone calls matching drivers to journeys (not always an easy task!), send goodness knows how many emails and offered a listening ear to both service users and volunteers alike. Sarah bought a wealth of knowledge to the role and developed fantastic relationships with many people, it is safe to say she is going to be very missed.
Everyone here at the VHC wish Sarah all the best in her retirement, hopefully after a well deserved rest she will be on the receiving end of a phone call asking for her availability to drive!
Thank you Sarah, the office isn’t going to be the same without you.
Sarah will be doing a skydive on Wednesday 26th June at Ellough Airfield for Crisis and the Multiple Sclerosis Society. If you would like to sponsor her please click on one of the links below
